These terms and conditions apply when you place an order from Jonsdotter Design.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

All purchases are made in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).
Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are:

  • Sweden: €5

  • Europe: €7

  • Rest of the world: €9

Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your order.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.

To request a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the return has been received and approved.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email], including a photo of the item.

We will resolve the issue promptly.

All products are created from original artwork.

We aim to represent colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing.
